The 10th meeting took place on Monday 24 April 2006.
In attendance was the Chief Executive, Sheila Wheeler giving a briefing on local government review and potential reorganisation. The Town Forum has exposed the need to identify strategic issues for which TWBC has responsibility and on which the Town Forum can provide thought leadership.

The 9th meeting took place on Monday 27 March 2006.
Matt Goodwin, Chairman, presented his 'Review of Progress and Future Direction'. It was agreed that Daniel Bech's slide presentation of Highways 'Grot Spots' be submitted for consideration by the Joint Transportation Board.

The 7th meeting took place on Tuesday 17 January 2006.
Tony Fullwood, Head of Strategy and Development attended with two of his team, Alan Legg and Judy Price to brief the Town Forum on the impact of the Local Development Framework.

The 6th meeting took place on Tuesday 20 December 2005.
Gary Stevenson, Head of Environmental reported on the progress on 'Grot Spots' and gave feedback to the Licensing Sub-Committee. Kent Vision and Local Development Framework were accepted to be of importance to the Town Forum and sub-committees to be formed.

The 5th meeting took place on Tuesday 29 November 2005. - The Courier had been invited.
The chairman sought a response from TWBC on their recommendation to SEERA for new housing in TW. The proposal for Alcohol Control Zones in the Town Centre was presented by Cllr Roy Bullock. Daniel Bech presented the 'top ten grot spots' in RTW. The Head of Environmental Services agreed to review and report back.

The 4th meeting took place on Wednesday 26 October 2005.
The sub-committee for South East Plan was commended on its response to consultation documents. Terms of Reference were finalised.
A focus group to support the Council in identifying and finding solutions for eyesore buildings and premises in RTW was appointed.

The 3rd meeting took place on Monday 26 September 2005.
The main items were an Overview of the Borough Council, its services, constitution & its people and the Licensing. A sub-committee has been tasked to consider SE Plan proposals and to make a submission on the Forum's behalf.

The 2nd meeting took place on Tuesday 1 September 2005.
The roles of the Town Forum were agreed and Matt Goodwin local resident, was appointed chairman. Issues for forthcoming consideration were agreed as licensing, the possible introduction of an Alcohol Free Zone in the town, the SE Plan and planning generally.

The 1st meeting was held on Tuesday 5 July 2005 at the Town Hall.
Consideration was given to how residents could work with the Council on a pilot scheme to clean up the town.
